Overview
This hybrid position reports to the Itasca, Illinois office and joins the Sales Enablement team. The Marketing Specialist supports the office equipment sales division to increase productivity by maintaining and updating content, calendars, reporting and processes in the sales enablement platform (Brainshark). This specialist will play a key role in the creation, development, and deployment of training, program initiatives, and videos through Brainshark.

This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Mondays and Wednesday* and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Directly supports the Business Development Team from a sales enablement perspective
- Utilize Brainshark as an SME and update knowledge for new functions and enhancements
- Maintain Brainshark Platform ensuring content is up to date
- Enroll students in classes, provide reporting, maintain marketing calendar
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement Team on content creation & curriculum
- Support content authors with submitting work to Brainshark
- Present training courses on video and in person
- Manage projects to ensure content is submitted on time
- Meet with Product Team Management quarterly to discuss platform enhancements
- Manage licensing for both Sales and Administration
- Support Marketing Advisors on projects & curriculum
- Present feedback and ideas to Director of Field Marketing for process improvement
- Draft announcements to Management about new content, initiatives, programs and submit to Director of Field Marketing for review.
- Continuously build out content library and ensure Marketing Teams are keeping current content updated
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experienceplus 3 to 5 years of related experience. Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Requires excellent verbal communication skills to convey information accurately and completely
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
- Excellent written skills required for content creation
- Comfortable conducting audio and video training
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present and demonstrate the capabilities of our solutions to internal customers
- Ability to travel 20% overnight
